Return and Exchange Policy

SHORTS OPTION (EEZE)

Exchanges or returns for shaping shorts may be requested within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition.

For the process to be accepted, the following conditions are mandatory:

• The original tag must remain intact and properly attached;

• The item must show no signs of wear, alterations, stretching (deformation), or odors.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns that do not meet these criteria.
